The Story
We opened up in 2012. It was not long until we realized: most of our counterparts in the business are missing a few very basic professional skills or values. Organization, communication, and integrity stood out right away. It seemed like every second or third client we met had a story to tell, and the unpleasant feelings continued to linger on. We saw the need for professionalism and focus, not just experience.
